Can I return the goods? #
If the product does not suit you, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging the goods within 14 days of delivery. A return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the product is in good condition but you still wish to return it, the goods must be sent back within 14 days of the package delivery. Please note that order cancellation or returns are not possible for custom-made products (customized goods).
What are the conditions for returning a shipment? #
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Please contact us after receiving your order and before sending it back.
- A photograph of the returned product must be attached to the return request for assessment.
- The goods must be packed in the original box, which is mandatory for returns.
- The product must be disassembled (dismantled) upon return.
- The goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and undamaged.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you of the next steps.
Can I return a custom-made (made-to-order) product? #
No. Products made to measure or according to an individual order cannot be returned or cancelled, as they are manufactured specifically for a particular customer. This rule is in accordance with applicable regulations for the sale of custom-made goods.
What should I do if the product was damaged during delivery? #
If the goods were damaged during transport, we will send you a new replacement part free of charge. In order for us to resolve the situation and open a claim with the courier company, please send us:
- photos of the damaged shipment (packaging),
- photos of the damaged product,
- the tracking number.
Upon receiving this information, we will contact the courier company and arrange for the replacement part to be sent as soon as possible. Please note that without photographic evidence of the package damage upon delivery, we reserve the right to refuse sending a replacement product.
