Which courier companies do you use for delivery? #

We deliver orders through DPD, FedEx, and DHL courier services.

Where do you deliver orders? #

We provide delivery to European countries, as well as to the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada. After shipping your order, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.

What is the delivery time for a climbing wall? #

Delivery time depends on your location. For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes 3–7 days. For the USA and Canada, delivery usually takes 7–14 days.

How long does it take to prepare an order? #

We typically prepare orders within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) before shipping. During holidays and public holidays, production time may extend up to 14 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties, VAT, or other customs fees upon delivery? #

For orders delivered within European Union countries, no customs fees or additional taxes are required. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional delivery costs may apply, such as taxes, VAT, customs duties, or other fees, which are paid by the buyer. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs office. Products marked as “Duty Free” have customs duties already included in the price, so the customer does not have to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Will all products arrive in one shipment? #

We use courier services such as FedEx to deliver orders. We pack the climbing wall and accessories into multiple packages, so your order may arrive in several shipments.
